VisibilityPulse is a free, no-sign-up AI visibility audit tool that analyzes publicly accessible websites for AI search optimization signals. The Service is provided by DigiSyndicate Global, operated by Kakoti Paul Raj.

The Service checks 8 AI visibility signals including AEO readiness, GEO visibility, schema markup, entity prominence, technical health, content freshness, AI crawler access, and E-E-A-T signals.

3. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. DigiSyndicate Global makes no warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Accuracy, completeness, or reliability of audit results
• Fitness for a particular purpose
• That the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• That results reflect actual AI engine behavior

AI search engine algorithms change frequently. Scores are based on publicly detectable signals only and may not reflect the complete picture of your site's AI visibility.

4. Permitted Use

You may use VisibilityPulse to audit:

• Websites you own or have permission to analyze
• Publicly accessible websites for research and competitive analysis purposes

You may NOT use the Service to:

• Send automated or bulk requests that overload the Service (rate limits apply)
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the Service infrastructure for vulnerabilities
• Circumvent security or rate-limiting measures
• Use results in misleading marketing or fraudulent claims

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, branding, and audit methodology of VisibilityPulse is the intellectual property of DigiSyndicate Global and Kakoti Paul Raj. All rights reserved.

Third-party names mentioned for comparison purposes (including Semrush and Ahrefs) are trademarks of their respective owners. VisibilityPulse is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any third-party tool mentioned.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DigiSyndicate Global shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service. This includes but is not limited to:

• Business decisions made based on audit results
• Loss of revenue or business opportunities
• Changes in AI search engine behavior

7. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. In short: we store nothing and collect nothing about you or the URLs you audit.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Major changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date above.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
