By accessing or using VisibilityPulse ("the Tool"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Tool.
Description of Service
VisibilityPulse is a free AI search visibility audit tool that analyzes publicly accessible web pages and provides an estimated visibility score. The Tool is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
Permitted Use
You may use the Tool to analyze websites you own or have permission to analyze. You may not use the Tool to scrape, overload, or attack third-party websites. You may not use automated scripts to abuse the audit endpoints.
Accuracy Disclaimer
Audit scores are estimates based on algorithmic analysis of publicly accessible signals. They do not represent official rankings from ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, or any AI engine. Results are for informational purposes only and may not reflect actual AI citation performance.
Intellectual Property
All software, design, and content of VisibilityPulse is the property of DigiSyndicate Global / Kakoti Paul Raj. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Tool without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
DigiSyndicate Global shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Tool. This includes but is not limited to lost revenue, data loss, or business disruption.
Modifications
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Tool at any time without notice. We may also update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Assam, India.
